I'm stuck on The Sims for PSP again, help?!?

By the way, thanks to everyone that helped the last time I was stuck.

I'm at the bit, where you have to taser the Night Beast in Deadtree, while he's in human form. Firstly, I can never catch him. He's fast and even if I chase him he disappears when he reaches the edge of the map, I never see him in human form either and if I go up to him he just scares me and runs off.

Also, one of my other goals is to invite my first roommate, how do I do this?

right well when the bad guy comes up to you you eill have to spin the pad that turns then up n down straight after each other works with me all the time im so much through the game now and to invite well sorry but u carnt do that u have to wait untill they come n then click n greet but if you want to do this go to the phone n click then click on have a party n invite friends then you can invite them over or just have a party n see if they come to join there you go trust me my advise should work it did for me
