YES!!! :-) I noticed a big difference after only two days. I can't stop looking at my teeth in the mirror and I can't wait to see what they look like after 12 more days (I got the 14 day pack).
Warning you though, my dentist had told me that some people's teeth bleach better and easier than others, so you may not have the same results. I DO suggest you at least try them.

Yep- but if u smile more with your upper teeth, i recommend useing the top and bottom strips for the top because u have a double supply and you can't tell the differance in the bottom when u whiten it
