How do I blog the book I am writing?

I need to know to put the book I am writing on a blog, once it is finished.

Want I need to know is, if there is a website where I can put my book on a blog. So other people will be interested in it. That way some publisher will see my book when it finished and will want to publish it.

Have you thought of creating your own web site and allowing people to read it there for free or for a price? That's what I'm going to do. All that hard work, I don't want to just give it away.
