If its bcoz of anyones fault then one should apologise, whoever did the mistake which caused the tensions. If its anything about misunderstanding, then both of them should sit together and solve whatever their problem is.... U should have provided some info. But whatever i told,,, is that enough.....
I m sure dat whoever are having tensions between them, will resolve it soon. Best of luck
