I've got 3 pair of black shoes.. One is a Steve Madden Venuss Pump so it's a little more dressy, the others are a strappy 3-4 heal, and the others are a clog type shoe.. would any of these go with grey dress pants or should I look for a pair of grey shoes? Do you have to match your pants and shoes if you wear dress pants/dress suits alot?

Gray and black are in the same color family. Gray contains black.. It's your best choice.

Yes, black shoes go with gray pants.
Either the pump or the strappy heel will work, depending on where you are going at the time.
No to the clogs.
And no, your shoes don't have to match your pants in a suit, or any other type of outfit really.

Black shoes are one of your best choices with grey pants. Grey shoes are fine too, but I vary shades of grey to avoid monotony...eg dark grey with pale grey. Women have more leeway than men in shoe colors. They can wear yellow, orange, red, green, blue, etc. shoes with such a neutral as grey, but i have not seen men's shoes in such variiety, except in history ofr fashion books in sections about the Mod look of the 1960's-1970's. brown doesn't look so good with grey, for they are competing neutrals. Black is best for a dressy look.

black shoes match almost everything provided u have a black purse to match it or a black belt.if u can afford the grey shoes, then u have to think of getting a grey purse as well which i think is necessary if you are going for the dressy look.but aside that i think you dont really have a problem.

Black shoes are fine with gray dress pants. They can make an outfit come together. Make sure that you take your shirt into consideration as well. You want to make sure that everything coordinates :o)

Black shoes would look great - for dress, not the clog type shoe.
