38J to 38C in Feb '06. The pain was nonexistent, I had NO PAIN at all. I took two weeks off of work (take more than that if you do a lot of lifting and heavy work).

I am totally ecstatic about my results. NO back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, no more grooves in my shoulders, no more $45 bras (except for the fancy kind).

http://www.breasthealthonline.com is a great site that really helped me out, check it out and visit the main breast reduction forum!

Yes, I underwent breast reduction to go from an E cup down to a D cup because of the horrible back pain it caused. The pain was pretty bad I won't lie. I dont like narcotics so I alternated tylenol and motrin about every 4 hours for pain and it hurt for about a week really bad, the second week it was still tender and by the thrird week it was pretty much under control. I was out for 6 weeks after mine because of other health issues (diabetes, MS)

I was really happy with mine, I didnt increase too far down because I like having larger breasts but the back aches were too much to bear.

My niece had this and is very happy. No more back aches, better self esteem and no problems at all

She was feeling herself in about 3 weeks and doing light things. She doesn't work outside the house

Breast Reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
