No, she does not have a son, however her sister Solonge* (dont know if i spelled it correctly) does have a son and thats whom you might be mistaken who has the child, they look alike alot of ways and Beyonce is always with the kid. Ive seen them in various videos and magazines together. *Beyonce & Nephew*

Beyonce has no children. She has on occasion stated that she would like to get married and have children in the future though.
