Cars. My mechanic got done doing some work on my old Jeep one time, and took it around the block to make sure it was in working order. He stopped at a stop sign, and somebody piled into the back of him, totalling his own truck on the back of my Jeep. The only damage to the Jeep, was that the bumper was bent about a quarter of an inch inward, but the other truck was scrapped.
In a case like that, I'm more than happy to be the owner of the oldest vehicle.

Use to things were made to last now they are made to last a shorter length of time that is how these companies make billions of dollars because we have to keep replacing the things we need!!! Manners are definitely out the window!!!! Things you see on TV now you would never have seen a few years ago!!!

Hot Dogs for some reason they just don't taste as good anymore. And candy bars are so small these days, you used to be able to share them now you have to eat 2 no fair !

Well apparently less is more, which to me is never a good thing when you refer to anything accept makeup.... Ever notice that these days cereal taste worse than the box it comes packed in?

They don't make Strawberry Shortcake dolls like they used to!!!!! Luckily, I have a stash ready to sell in 40 years or so for top dollah!!! :)

They don't make convenience stores like they used to. When I was growing up we had a little corner store in our neighborhood and they had a penny candy cabinet. You could reach in and pick whatever you wanted and everything cost one cent. It was great!

I guess a little of everything really, my mom says that a lot too, actually I think it's washing machines though.......coz the new ones break very easily
