Get tired, go to bed later, don't eat anything after 6 p.m. do some work during the day to get tired, don't read before going to sleep, don't drink for at least an hour, especially water or beer.

If you are afraid of anything you should remove fear from your mind first. Fear will kill you and not any other enemy.
If you have tension of say study, then don't take tension just study as far as possible.
If you don't play then go on ground for at least one to two hours. Don't sleep too late. you should be in bed by 11pm.
If you are drinking water before sleeping then try a glass of milk with sugar/almond paste/dates if possible in that place(if your parents can't afford it minimise water qty a little).

Try earplugs or take up doing some meditation to train your brain to switch off. Prepare your bed nicely and make sure you have a glass of water. Make sure you go to the bathroom right before bed. I often wake and will be trying to get back to sleep for a long time before I realise I have to go to the bathroom.

drink low fat milk and diet cookies before you sleep. at leats you doesnt feel hungry when you sleep.
