try to make sure you orgasm also. this helps because your cervical mucous helps the semen to flow closer to your fallopian tubes. that is where the egg would get fertilized. when a man ejaculates, it gets squirted past your cervix, deep into your uterus. there will be some discharge after wards, but be assured, there is plenty, left behind. i also thought i was the only one, but it seem for me that it happens for about three days after.

You may be too anxious about trying to conceive. 2 months is just a short time. If you are under 40, you will have a great chance of having a baby (even without placing a pillow beneath your hips). Even if all the semen goes inside and there are not enough sperms in that amount of semen, you would not be able to conceive. So just relax. It is absolutely normal.

It's normal for some to flow out. That shouldn't affect the ability to get pregnant. Don't forget there are like millions or billions of little sperm running around there, so loosing some shouldn't matter.

this happens to me, too. and now i know i'm not the only one. because of this post-coitus occurence, i always have to go to the bathroom to clean myself or else i'm gonna smell like semen for the rest of the night and can't sleep.
i don't think the flow would hinder your intent to conceive. I have two kids now in spite of the semen flow-out.

doesn't matter how much flows out. it only takes ONE.
and the act of intercourse will push the semen up as far as it needs to go. not only that but the little buggers can swim.

It was normal with me! We got pregnant, and don't worry, enough of those little guys can get where they need to go!! I laid on my side after intercourse, and it seemed to work, after 2 1/2 years of not getting pregnant, we finally did! Good Luck to you!

Hang upside down while you sleep or use a turkey baster. Just kidding. Have your man stay inside of you longer.
