Good study habits are hard to aquire.

First of all - plan study time into your day. Set several small increments of time. Don't try and study for 3 or 4 hours. Maybe a half an hour at a time several times throughout the day.

Secondly, read out loud. You will remember more by seeing, saying and hearing yourself.

Third, record lectures and play them while you are doing other tasks.

Lastly, take good notes then when you get home....rewrite your notes. It re-enforces what you learned in class that day.

i always plan to clean my room, but it wasnt til my boyfriend started for me that i was able to.

do you have any friends who need to study too? that helps. or just force yourself to go to the library. if youre around others who are studying youre less likely to distract yourself with other things.

GOOD luck.

Deny yourself something you love until you're finished. Take out paper and number your page 1-50. Take the chapter quizzes over and over until you get 90% on each one. Grade yourself. It's better than all that reading.
