If you can find a pole or round circluar tin slightly more bigger, try inserting it that, wetting the material to cause the stretch. Its worth a go.

If they're nice leather ones then dampen them lightly with a mister, then use a boot tree (or even cram them with newspaper, but keep an eye on the shape). If they're not leather but manmade and plasticky, then they won't change shape - there's a good reason all footwear used to be leather!

Joking apart, lending them to someone with fatter calves than you would also help! (but they'd probably stretch the feet too...)

Me tooo. I have a pair of 1800 antique shoe stretchers, i just spray some water around the shaft and stretch them out slowly, i know the size they need to be to fit. Not too much else they become baggy, but works a treat.

A boot tree might help - it keeps the long length upright and might work but not too sure. You could try taking the boots to a cobbler to see if they can do anything... Good luck - hope you get them to fit!

Just keep wearing them, not only will the soles mold to your feet but the boot will actually stretch to fit your foot... especially if they're leather.

If they are made of leather you could try hammering them with a hammer, from the inside. This breaks up the fibres in the leather and will soften the leathetr which will then 'give' slightly.

not a lot you can do, I'm guessing your calves have grown. your best bet would be to go to a cobbler and get them to put a wedge in the back of them so that they fit you properly.
best of luck. if that is too expensive just buy a new pair.

your local cobbler should be able to stretch the shaft of the boot for you
