taurus/ Cancer hook up 10/10 next in line Scorpio/Cancer hookup 8/10. Taurus is the best sign for us actually, we complete each other, taurus soaks up our life giving rain and flowers bloom. Great combination acutally.

Im a cancer and I have never had longer than a 1 week relationship with a sun sign. But I really get along with pisces and other water signs.

I'm a cancer woman and I will say the best pair for a cancer woman would possibly be a leo man/woman. Cancer woman likes security and from my personal experience, a leo man give that security and are also real pleasant to be with.

One of my close friends is a Cancer woman. Her husband of over 15 years is either a late Leo or early Virgo. I'm not exactly sure when his birthday is. They are very well suited to each other. (I'm almost positive he's a Virgo)
