OK, first I would like to say that I didn't understand if you meant 34 days or 3 or 4 days ago. But if your just concerned with the mess she leaves tell her to use tampons and pads together. My best friend bleeds like a river and she has to use both for the first couple of days and a overnight pad while she is sleeping. I also think you should talk to her about her hygiene, because unless you stay in the same room and follow her in the bathroom while she is using the toilet, you should not see left over blood from where she left it. She needs to learn how to clean after her self because that type of stuff can lead to infections and may cause others as well as her self to become sick

Your sister obviously wasn't very informed on how to take care of her menstrual cycles.
Does she know what a menstrual cycle is? Possibly tell her she needs to wear a pad which she can buy from her local grocery store, whilst she's menstruating and to properly dispose of these in a lady bin if out in public, or own private garbage bin. Educate not humilate :)

Then you need to sit her down and talk to her about this if it bothers you. I know it would disgust me personally. Just remember "Say what you mean, Mean what you say, BUT DONT SAY IT MEAN"
Tell her that its not only something you & others dont want to see, but its also very unhygenic. She should clean her soiled clothing asap to not have ruined her things. And no one wants to see someones discarded womanly product lying around. There is a trash can, use it, and hide it in there as not to offend others.
Use these tips to get it thru to her. Best of Luck to you!

Tell her / suggest that she uses a tampon and a pantyliner/pad just to be 100% safe. Some people have a heavier flow and this is what they usually suggest! I know it works...
