You have to want it.
You need to learn to eat healthy - Weight Watchers was the best thing for me (lost 60 lbs in just over 1 year) I am lighter than I was when I married and when I got pregnant with my first child.
I still have some weight to loose to be in WW range but I am very happy where I am now.

Its good to stop eating junk food but portion you healthy food as well, make them so you are satisfied and not stuffed. Go to the supermarket on a full stomach so you dont give into temptation of some thing you see. Exercise a lot. Keep your fluids up and try to avoid cordial and soda. Water is always good, And a little juice and milk. Avoid the fried foods and dont add too much salt on your foods. Having sex is a tip, It burns a lot of carbs because of all the energy you need. Go to a sauna. HAVE FUN!! ...maybe even meet up with a few other people that are trying to drop a few kilos as well and work together for support. Have a goal and do it for your self. Dont fail your self. Love who you are no matter what because even if you dont succeed you are still beautiful.
Good Luck!

I never had a weight problem until I injured my lower back. I went from fighting Bulls as a rodeo clown weighing 180-185 to laying around, not exercising and tipping the scale at 280-285. It repulsed me to look in the mirror and it was also causing medical issues starting with diabetes so...Not having any will power to Begin with, here's what I did. I started to eat cereal (something I didn't do) twice a day shredded wheat or raisin bran and started drinking water (something I refused to do) at least 6- 10 oz glass's a day.Results.....15 pounds in 11 days. over 50 pounds in 17 weeks and cholesterol levels went down as well. I never felt hungry and didn't limit my bowl size, just eat how much I wanted for that portion. in a short time those portions got smaller by choose. good luck. If you need encouragement, feel free to e-mail me or IM.

You gotta fix your mind before you fix your body, Just think after you eat thet donut did that make me feel any better or just for that 30 seconds, its temporary satisfaction and won't make you more happy to eat it, it will only make you feel worse afterwards cause now you feel guilty and here comes the fat also the more you rely on junk food the more addicted you get too it. If you can quit for two weeks you can quit for good, it takes ten days to break a habit. Get a arobics tape like a 15 min one and do it every day.

each blood type is different and reacts differently to food, it explains why some people are able to lose weight on a particular diet while others cannot.
Understanding how each blood type reacts to different foods can help us achieve a healthier state physically and mentally. Since people with different blood types have different constitution, having diet that is suitable for your blood type can improve your digestion-system and advance your metabolism, which depletes unnecessary calories

start out little by little. try to cut out one thing at a time--like if you drink soda, try diet or drink something else because those count for a lot of calories and wouldn't you want to save those for food? Also going to the store or the mall and walking counts as excersize.
