giving your baby cheese is not a good idea. you will end up with a fat child and what you give them now is what they are going to want in the future. what my wife did was cook vegetables and put them in mixer and then bottled them and put them in the refrigerator. as our children got older she mixed meat with the vegetables until they were old enough to eat regular food. but she always fed our children the freshest vegetables and leanest meat she could get. your cheese sauce would last a long time because cheese lasts a long time. but if i were you i wouldnt make more than a weeks worth of sauce. it may taste strange even if its not harmful.

Quote:
Cheese is very good for baby and may be introduced as early as 8 months providing there are no dairy allergies. Begin by offering the lighter tasting cheeses (Colby, Jack, American).
If baby cannot mash/grasp, melt cheeses over vegetables or add to veggie/meat purees. If baby can mash/grasp and has had Baby Finger Foodss, cut cheeses into small bits and offer to baby as a snack.
Cheeses also may be offered via the old classic grilled cheese sandwich or mac-n-cheese – again, this will be dependant on how baby is with mashing/grasping other foods.

Yes its fine to use cheese sauce, you can keep it covered in the fridge for 3 days or in the freezer for approx a month, cheese is good for children as it contains a lot of calcium.

I used to mix homemade cheese sauce to mashed potato and add some shredded chicken. Both my kid's loved this as babies.
Also add to diced vegetables. I used to make loads of meals at once the portion them up and freeze them then just defrost and heat when needed.

Cheese sauce should not cause any problems for your baby. I don't see why it couldn't be kept frozen in a deep freeze for 3 months.

I'm confused about WHY you would want to do this. Babies do not have the taste buds we have yet. Yes, you can mix it, but I'd wait until you are trying to get her to eat more solid food (she is not far from it).
