Anyone with half a brain knows that the wars in Afganistan and Iraq have been lost.

The question I want to know is:

When is Bush going finally admit defeat and bring our men and women home?

I agree- people with half a brain do think that the war in Iraq and Afghanistan have been lost.
However people with a whole brain think that these wars are - if not already won - then at least winnable in the foreseeable future.

Of course, people with half a brain will claim defeat no matter what happens. Even if ObL comes crawling on his knees to surrender it will be described as a defeat for the US (unless of course a Dem president happens to be in office)

The truth is that in both Iraq and Afghanistan the crazies are being routed. It is also true that they do not take this lying down, but resist all they can. But the facts are that they are on the losing side of the struggle, and the only way the US can lose is by surrendering. (In which case, the next fight will be in NY.)

If you want proof for the above statements, please try looking at some MoD statistics. Of course you might prefer using reports such as those presented by AP- but please consider that many of these reports have been PROVED as fake. Totally made up.

But then, it takes more than half a brain to notice the truth.

Have a nice day

The war is won its the aftermaths we shouldn't be handling. American is always conceeding its getting to be a habit we have such a wimp Congress for the past 60 years, its a constant ..
of course all the people we did save from death aren't counted on the news its always the negative harped on.. and I figure if we could stop hanging around after wars are won we would be better off.
You know darn right well if the UN goes in it will just go from bad to worse. People in those countries do want to live in freedom just like we do but they never get the chance its very sad.

Don't listen to the Cable News. They want Our President to look bad. Talk to actual Brave Soldiers that were there. They'll tell you that victory can be acheieved. But they must stay the course. There are a bunch of people, who wanna control the White House. And they do it, by making Presidents job, too hard to succeed. Do your Homework. Do the leg work. You'll see what I'm talking about. Knowledge is Power.

I bet you would have conceeded after Gettysburg and D-Day also, once soldiers were lost.

You are correct that anyone with half a brain knows the wars are lost. But anyone with a full brain knows they can still be won.

When will you leave this country you hate? I'm sure you would love living in some "great" country with no problems. My suggestion is you go to Cuba, Russia, China, or IRAQ!

if we leave an area without occupying it after the initial win, than we will have another incident like this. the first gulf war was dubed the "100 hour war" and guess what, we pulled back to America and now we're over there finishing what should have been done the first time.

If this is a sample of what our next generation thinks, that is far more concerning to me. I guess after years of sucking the teet of the liberal media, your mind turns to mush.
