So many are concerened about the loss of civil rights because of the war on terror (me too) But why has there been no outcry because of other lost rights. ie Having to undergo urinalisis to hold a job, loss of the right to keep and bear arms, police roadblocks that stop motorists with no probable cause ?

Because all of this has to do with "safety". Most Americans will allow just about any law to pass as long as it gives them the illusion of being safer. "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself" has changed to "We have everything to fear including fear itself".

There has. Urinalysis to keep and hold a job is a "private" function; it's not government mandated (unless you work for the government), and there's certainly business interest in making sure you don't come to work stoned or high.
Some people do fight for the right to keep and bear arms (although I don't think that's a right that's too under attack; nearly every state now has a 'concealed carry' law, and major portions of the Brady law expired by time, and registration of firearms is not a significant impediment to owning, and assault weapons and ammo that serve no purpose other than to conduct war or kill cops should be illegal).
And Police roadblocks HAVE been challenged; the Supreme Court has found that, in most instances, they're consitutional.
But you're right; it's those minor inconveniences that we barely notice that are slowly chipping away at the constitution.

I guess if you don't mind working with a person that is a user, sharing the roads with drunks, You have a point. I personally prefer my daughter gets home safe without being hit by a drunk driver, and I really hate working with users, yes I have that experience. As for the right to keep and bear arms, move out of the Liberal land and join the rest of us in mainstream rural America. I have a carry concealed permit that is good in 16 states.
As far as the ACLU, Yes I call them invasive and subvertive. I never sued someone for putting up a religious symbol, never defended a organization like NAMBLA, never forced a city to take a fish symbol off their city seal because it may represent a Christian symbol, or made a city take down part of a war memorial for veterans killed in combat because there was a cross in the center. You can hang a giant sign saying I hate God and I love atheism if you wish. I will respect your right to believe as you wish. They need to learn to respect mine

The people are in a complacent mentality , by the time they wake up ,it will be too late! The media is a very powerfull instrument in this control of the people. Hugs.
