At the end of the song they kind of cheer. It also sounds very collegiate, but I can't make out the words.

In addition to "Fly Eagles Fly", which is sung after each TD, we also used to sing a parodied version of "Ole', ole'".
We would sing TO, TO, instead though.....this was before he turned traitor on us though.

I think it is a british soccer song, and coincidentally, the way they play is much like british soccer.
