The pangs of hunger are known only to those who have been struck by the misfortune. This is instinctive and is an unavoidable input for survival. prolonged hunger causes many bodily imbalances and may culminate in several diseases. Even those who go on fast for known causes suffer them. And it is very rightly said: 'A hungry man needs no music'. While satiation of the appetite is the basic human right, there is a sizable part of the global demography which suffers from want and hunger. And this is not because of natural calamities like floods, famines or epidemics. This is due to 'want' and the state of 'no work, no food.. Programs like 'food for work' can be helpful. And each one of us can share his/her bread with at least one hungry person every day. Let the world be fed fully and that has to be the major plank of any 'minimum; needs program' launched by any body, organization, institution or even group of individuals.

Yes I have and I have gotten so hungry I couldn't eat and stomach pains. I am real bad for going without eating. I get in moods or go thur fazes were I won't eat. My stomach hurts so bad. It feels like I've ate glass or something. When I was PG with my son was the last time I got heaves from hunger. I ended up sitting in the bathroom eating dry cereal... lol

no i never been so hungry that i would had dry heaves but i understand those people who r in this situation
