The sequential repetition of the flashes leads me to believe you have seen an Iridium flare. Iridium satellites have been known to reflect sunlight down towards the earth momentarily as they orbit. If you happen to be looking at the right time and place, you can see it happen. I have seen a couple in my day; the first time I saw one I had no idea what it was. It left me wondering for quite some time. Both times I witnessed flares, they had a pattern to them, almost like clockwork or Morse code. I believe this may be from a tumble or spin in the satellite's geometry. If you check the link provided below, you can see that several Iridium satellite's are listed as "Inoperable - tumbling". Anyway, I think this is a more reasonable explanation for your UFO than sequential meteors or space debris.

If the flashes were simultaneous the object probably was not a series of three meteors in a row. You don't say if the three lights in a row were moving parallel to the row or perpendicular to the row, but let me speculate that what you saw might have been an airplane getting ready to land, and maneuvering, appearing to make the lights come and go. The flash at the end could have been the landing lights coming on and then, because of the maneuvering, gotten out of your view.

I think it was alien kids taking your picture for their school project or maybe just a scrap book. Not to many people I know with a window like yours. They probably found that a bit unique as well.
(I always wondered how a person could keep a window like that nice and clean as I think it is a very nice design idea.)
Realistically I think it was meteor or satellite debris burning up . They could look like flashes depending on the angle, especially if it was coming right at you. Did you hear about the house in NJ that recently got hit by a golf ball sized metal rock? Maybe you are one lucky Son of a gun!

You may have seen a bolide, which is a type of meteor. They frequently explode in spectacular fashion. Did you see any flaking off or what looked like sparks around the main body/flashes?

it could be the possibility of seeing a meteor in a row which is known as a meteor shower or it could have even been a ufo

Yeah you were hallucinating. But seriously it was probably a plane or a UFO. You decide.
