how can i schedule for my lessons?

I always plan for my lessons but i cant do it.

You have to create for yourself an experience of success. Take a certain day just to do it right. When you will find yourself trying to do something else, STOP and do what you planned, it's important for having one single success in planning. At the end of the day you will see what does it mean, and next time you'll plan better, according to your wants or needs.
I suggest you to calculate how many hours do you need for the school tasks and do them fast so you can obtain guilt-free time to use for yourself. Think of the things that you "have" to do as things that if you finish quick you can do more from what you like.
