My morality has certainly been brought in to question on this site, by individuals who consider themselves superior, but I would argue that my conscience is clear with regard to my ethical standpoint.
I would, perhaps, answer with further clarity if you would explain why you think this site is indeed insidious, and how you believe it would disturb an individuals moral soul. Do you believe that exposure to others views and opinions may be dangerous in some way?...
