To me, it's either the smoking ads or those Mucinex commercials. You know, the ones with the cartoon mucus.

every Herpes medicine commercial they air..... Who wants to to be made to think of Herpes when it airs? Not me.....

There are no more cigarette ads on TV in the US, but I agree those Mucinex ads are nauseating, literally.
I also think the Viagra and other ED medication ads are insulting, if not disgusting. That's such a private issue, why do we all need to hear about it? Now that I'm on a roll, any TV ad that boosts its volume is a pain, and why do I want to hear about feminine itching?
Meh, that's why there's a MUTE button.

the toe nail fungus is the worst but I find the commercials for pads pretty nasty too. I hate it when they talk about the absorbency and use that stupid vial of BLUE water. And the Kotex ones with the red dot bouncing all over the place and they always end it with, Kotex fits. Period.

I would have to say Digger the toenail fungus. Especially when he climbs underneath the toenail and the fungi pops up.

The creepy guy and his wife and how happy his life is, cause he is using a medication to give him an errection, he has that stupid smile on his face and he waves... he jumps in the pool and his swim suit falls off and he gets out and just smiles.... )UGH).
