I purchased flip word and cannot get it on the computer. Why? also will I be able to play it OFF LINE?

If it is downloaded on your computer you should be able to Remove it in Add/remove Programs. Also you can play it off line if it is installed correctly.

If you purchased the program/game then contact their support for help. Once you have it installed on your computer you should be able to play it offline
