If you truly want to get rid of a song stuck in your head, listen to white noise. It always works for me, just turn the television on to a station that doesen't come in, or look for the sound of white noise in mp3 format on something like limewire d/l it and then set up loops, or a list with the same sound. About 10-15 mins should do it, the key is, everywhere else in the room you're listening to it must be silent or it won't work.

tell somebody else or sing the song out loud. Odd fact: It is mostly women that have a song stuck in their head.

put on a cd of a song you do like - or am I being old fashion in saying CD - listen to something you like on your ipod. Don't put the radio on in case the song already in your head is replaced by a worse one. If you don't have access to any electronic music media, get a friend to sing to you - if you're on your own:

Hands up, baby hands up - gimme your heart gimme gimme your heart gimme gimme hands up baby hands up - la la la - has that helped?

Listen to a bunch of random songs, but make sure you don't listen to them to close to bed time. Or watch a movie.

Sure, listen to an equally annoying and catchy song... although you will probably just end up transfering the problem.
