how much water is the Q.... In winter more white smoke [moisture] will come out of the exhaust... R u losing coolant from ur radiator? Is there water in ur oil? check those before getting any work done...If u go to a mechanic and tell him i need a new head gasket he will replace it even if u dont need it..Have them do a pressure leakdown test to see

Humm, try checking the OIL level, maybe it's time for a Valve re-calibration...or it may be the gas your running in it...try a fuel system treatment...
as for the "water", it's most-likley just condenceation dripping out as the engine warms/heats up...

a little water out the tailpipe is normal. Its condensate. Check your oil, it may be low or need to be changed.
