I've been stuck here for awhile and need help..... I can get like, up to 1000 points under the goal and that's it... (Usually I get around 2000 points under the goal) Any cheats, tips, etc? Thanks.

For Level 40, do something someone told me called a wave. You can do this for any level where you have the podium. And it worked for me. I've found that the levels without podiums are actually harder.
- Stand at the podium and don't seat anyone just yet. Let the customers come in. FIll up their hearts just by standing there at the podium.
- Then seat three of the same types of people at the same time. I started with the business women first. Serve them everything they want all at the same time to create chains, but...
- ...keep people's hearts up by standing at the podium. Clear out the dishes but don't seat anyone just yet. Raise everyone's hearts again.
- Observe where you sat people, select out three groups of women who'll be able to create color combos... This is important because color combos can give you tons of points. Serve everything they want all at the same time to create chains.
- Meanwhile keep everyone's hearts in line...
- Next seat the old folks as a wave...
- Next seat the cell phoners and joggers as a wave...
- Next seat the families as the final wave...
And then you'll pass it easily!
Things to note...
- Use the podium! It's the best tool.
- Use the busboy, but with my strategy, you won't really need help.
- Seat them when their hearts are up standing at the podium.
- DO NOT DO more than 2-4 groups seating at a time. 4 Groupsis really cutting it. I find two at a time the best. I only use 3 or 4 when there are the loners in the group. Use the wave method!
- Seat groups together based on their types. Business women with business women, old folks with old folks...
- Create color chains... you're highest point getters!
- Seat wave groups at the same time to get chains.
- Use loners to create easy color chains.
Last but not least:
- USE THE PODIUM!!! Honestly, I thought it was the suckiest thing until I figured out that you can seat people with full hearts right away if you use the podium.
