It won't happen, the only time people care is when a Republican is corrupt - look at William Jefferson (Democrat, Louisiana), he had $90,000 that he illegally obtained in his freezer (he also tied up Katrina response resources in order to retrieve it). The Dems not only didn't do anything, they just made him a committee chairman. It's both parties but nobody seems to care when it's a Dem so it will go on forever.

100 years before the people were living more peacefully when there was no computer, no electricity etc. Bcos that time, doing harm to fellow human was not as common as today. Today man has become more selfish, more materialistic & away from the Right Path. Man needs to be controlled in every aspect of his life. Even when he is walking on a road side or using the wash room or any where in his normal life, man needs to be controlled. The best control is from his ownself. His own mind should control his behaviour. This can be done only in the Name of God & Religion. Finally whether he is rich or poor, if he is white or black, whatever he is, he can live in Peace of Mind only by Total Submission of himself to the Will of Almighty God. This can be done by controlling himself. One man cant control another, Why do we have brakes in all the automobiles. To control the vehicle we need them. Same applicable for man also. You & me should first stop paying bribes & taking commissions. We need an Indian Grand father like the movie "Indian"

Certainly,we can, in my opinion.
The cash transactions should be replaced by only electronic funds tranfers. for this, every citizen must be issued a smart card containing full history of the person stored in a local server. If all money transactions are only electronic and no cash then how any body can take bribe or cheat ?
Then automatically the fraud, theft etc will vanish, because every thing will have its own record on the server.
Am I right ?
Even if i am right, whether the politicians and intellectuals will start working in this path to a no cash world ?
Good luck !

Internet/software development has become totally effective and powerful instrument. By making all public institutions fully computerised, major volume of corruption is definitely wiped out. By avoiding people going to the concerned authorities' tables for their work, better go to kiosks/help desks if computersided, for all of their necessities/works.
Our Hon'ble President of India has set a standard to get closer to the general public through internet and throwing open the details of Rashtrapathi Bhavan which hitherto remained unaccessible to citizens of India.

Corruption and poverty are bedfellows. One hardly exists without the other. If poverty is widespread, or wealth is concentrated in the hands of only a few, there is no way corruption can be avoided. Wipe out poverty, and corruption will go along, or at least be reduced to unnoticeable levels.

Corruption can never be stopped, what with those people who don't like to serve honestly those who have voted for them, but rather served themselves and only for their own personal interest.
Where are the honest people nowadays? Anybody? Seems nobody cares to know as if there is Nobody up there is watching...

Never, since the very ministers / law makers are the biggest corrupts. They don't get to become ministers if they are not corrupts, so who will change the system.

Corruption cannot be contained as long as consumerism prevails. Only the velocity can be controlled with due diligence.
