Here's the problem with someone writting a thesis statement for you: you're the one that's going to have to support the arguments... but hopefully this will help -
The prevalence of technology in schools and in the home has been a mixed blessing for students and educators. Students have never before had access to such an abundance of knowledge and homework help. Conversly, the ease of cheating has increased as well.

Gather as much information as you can first before you start. use the library (books, Internet, newspapers, journals, etc). Then it will be easier.
