It depends on what the problem is!
Try talking to your friend and see what she thinks about the problem, and find out if she's done anything about it

If it's a medical problem - take her to a doctor.
If it's a legal problem - take her to a solicitor.
If it's a financial problem - take her to a bank.
If it's a personal problem - take her to a counsellor.
