Over the years since John Cena debuted in 2002, he is the most improved...... he has had the WWE Championship for 3 times now and also the United States Championship for 3 times too..... and also has a Sudmission hold now and i don't really watch for the divas but if any Ashley or Mickie James!!

I would say that Bobby Lashley has improved the most ever since coming to the WWE. Ever since, he has just been a fighter and would just go rivaling different superstars, without knowing what he is going to do next. Now, he has settled in ECW and has won the ECW title in an Extreme Elimination Chamber, something VERY hard to accomplish.
The most improved diva in the WWE would have to be Mickie James. When first starting, she wasn't as good as Trish Stratus and no one really liked her. Now, she has become a 3-time Women's champion and in my opinion, is way better than Trish Stratus could ever be. Also, she is the hottest diva in the WWE, (exception of Sharmell) so many guys like her.

I would say the most improved male is Bobby Lashley, he looks to be settling down now, finally. He still has a long way to go with his mic skills, but im sure he will improve even more in the future. The reign as champion in ECW should help him alot. I can see him as a major heel on Smackdown or Raw in a few years. Another big improver, both on the mic and his in ring skills is Chris Masters. He got loads of stick when he first joined, but in my opinion hes improving alot.
Most improved Diva, errr... Well theres a few, Mickie James, shes done well. Melina has done well to (im sure her and Johnny nitro will be split soon to do their own thing. I have not been that impressed with Ashley to be honest. Probs go with Mickie James.

The Male that has improved the most has been Bobby Lashley, and as for Diva...well I'd have to say my girl Mickie James has improved alot!

It depends on your definition of improved. If you look solely at in-ring performance I would say that the biggest improvement would be John Cena and Candace Michelle. Cena has gotten better and has varied his moveset some. He is better at telling a story in the ring now, which is utlimately what needs to be done. Currenlty, I think Candace Michelle is the most improved woman. In the past few months she has been featured more in wrestling matches and less in the T & A segments. However, one can also improve via mic skills, appearance, or several other areas.

I saw a match between Candice Michelle and Lita. Candice was phenomenal in it. And Maria has gotten pretty good as well. I say that in the coming years Candice, Maria, and Mickie James will be the top 3 divas
