Well, I probably don't understand your question, but anyone, no matter what their job is, can have dignity in what they do. It's just a matter of having enough "give-a-$hit" about the quality of what you do.
If, on the other hand, you're the kind of person that just tries to get by with the absolute minimum effort and contribution, every job will suck for you.

Good question. Attitude towards work enhances with the dignity of labour, what ever the nature of the job. Human dignity surpasses all inducements.
