Is the fact that the overwhelming majority of the American public is against our invasion of Iraq what's really bugging the right wing of the conservative movement? Is it also that the American public is on to their arrogant/bigoted attitude, along with the incompetence of the Bush administration? Is it because they have become a marginalized minority and they are just knashing their teeth. Is it because Bush has thrown a 'hail mary' pass with his speech last night, and there is no receiver down field? Funny how they have nothing to say about my Richard Perle question. Cat got your tongue? Nothing to say?

Here's the Richard Perle quote (saves you looking for it)
Richard Perle was one of the primary architects of this administrations policy (and has now abandoned them). This is much more recent. I guess this was the mind set they had. He is a true right wing conservative. Do you guys still believe this?
“And a year from now, I’ll be very surprised if there is not some grand square in Baghdad that is named after President Bush. There is no doubt that, with the exception of a very small number of people close to a vicious regime, the people of Iraq have been liberated and they understand that they’ve been liberated. And it is getting easier every day for Iraqis to express that sense of liberation.”

Bush is suffering from delusion and needs to be escorted from office as soon as possible. He is not our king , but our presidnet and needs to listen to what we want. Bush is scared that he will look like an incompetent buffon in a historical sense, well Bushie , too late.

Yes they are peeved of because the majority of America does not support the war That the majority of America is sick and tired of hearing their Arrogant bigoted B.S, and the incompetence of the Bush Administration They re also peeved that America has voted against them in the last election making them the minority party and is very likely to follow suit in the 08 elections. As for Robert Perle Most be some mighty powerful drugs he's been taking cause he was to be delusional if he really believes the B.S, that he said

At the time Bush invaded Iraq the American people and congress were behind it. Congress voted for it, even most of the far left liberal congress, even the ones who are saying to get out.
Intelligence said there were WMD's, Clinton's own people concluded Iraq and WMD's.
Bush's mistake was in not understanding the tribal hatreds that exist between the different factions. The only thing that has ever drawn them together is their hatred for Israel.
The problem is that the American People have no stomach for a war that we aren't allowed to win. Since Korea our military has been limited to what it can do by political correctness. IF the military was allowed to do its job this would have been over 2 years ago and probably with no more civilian causalities than have now been sustained. If the military had been allowed to do its job in Korea, it would not be a terrorist state, Viet Nam would not be communist country, and Saddam would have removed in the first Gulf War. IT is the pansy left and political correctness that will cost this country yet another war and all the dead service men and women will have died in vain because of political correctness and a bunch of left wing political sell outs who thought winning back power was more important than supporting our military.

As far as East Coaster goes, what do expect from a pig, but a grunt?
Thorgirl, you have no idea how stupid you sound, do you? It's not "Commander AND Chief" you dimwit, it's "Commander IN Chief".
The majority of people in this country are STILL in favor of being in Afghanistan, you remember Afghanistan dont you? The country which is harboring the guy who planned and took credit for the attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon? In fact, I see very few people saying we need to get out of Afghanistan. We had no business invading Iraq, they did nothing to us. Bush and his criminal cohorts lied to you and me for justification to invade Iraq. Most of Osama Bin Bush's cabinet couldnt take the lies anymore (Colin Powell not the least of them) and either resigned or outright quit. Why is it we dont hear anything from Powell anymore? When he was spouting the party line about the reasons to go into Iraq, everyone was so pleased at how educated and reasonable the houseboy sounded, now, when it's obvious he doesn't agree with the failed, stupid, reactionary policies in Iraq, you don't hear from him. If the "Liberal media" is so biased, why dont they interview him? If he's still a Republican mouthpiece, why hasnt he been on Faux News?
And just for GIGGLES Thorgirl, whatever happened to the American President representing the American people, WHETHER THEY'RE RIGHT OR WRONG? If it's the will of the People to get out of Iraq, then the President needs to GET OUT OF IRAQ. It's this arrogant "I know what's best for you sit down and shut up" attitude which has most people in this country (70%, according to the latest polls) pissed off with a braindead Commander in Thief and his criminal cabinet.
Again, this is all part and parcel of that "Compassionate Conservatism" we had shoved down our throats leading up to the original election. Another thing Thorgirl, until you go over there, pick up a weapon and stand a ppost, you have no rigth to call for more of our nation's youth to die fighting a stupid, illegal war.
Pretty you may be Thorgirl, but your lack of intelligence, lack of critical thinking skills and especially your diseased personality make you one ugly chick. But thats ok you go ahead and cozy up to John Wayne. Just get a clothespin for your nose, he's probably pretty ripe at this point.

Yes, the Addiction in the Whitehouse is getting bad, instead of gambling with money they are gambling with lives.
It amazes me how so many people around Bush has been Fired, Quit, or Resigned......and Resigning is just their glorious way of saying to someone your Fired.
I also have said, a lot of people do not grasp the Concept of the Global War. When they do finally GET IT, they will be shocked

The poll showed that the overwhelming majority of the public was upset with the way the war is being handled and fought, not against the war itself. The actual numbers showed that it was an even split between the people that were for or against it. A lot of people just want it done right. Do you by chance work for CBS? That's how they report the war too. Half truths spoken with ill concealed bias.

Yes thats one of the top ten irratants for neocons. some others include raising the minium wage, oh they are all too happy to exploit the working man, outsource the jobs, and bask in the phoney thought that 95% are gainfuly employed, Jack Abrahoff is still upsetting them as they are all too accustomed to bribery getting their way and imposing their will on others, Pelosi's not being a yes woman to a liberty stealing president causes them to fear, as neo cons detest freedom of speech! Many more thing bother them such as Rush's lack of drugs making his broadcasts intolerable to even them, Pat Roberison's disclosure of the neo con hot line to God! Gee I could go on and on

Can you believe that! And What really bugs you is that in spite of What the Biased Media tell you is an "overwhelming Majority Of Americans are against this war" we are still there and still going to be there! You see I do not believe the Media and I Do understand that our commander and chief does not need popular American idol like conformation to make a decision. If Lincoln did The USA would have folded, If Washington Did that the Majority of Loyalists would have called in their vote ( I realize they had no phones) and we would still be British. Pilosi has a hail Mary too, too bad it will be considered UNCONSTITUTIONAL by the Supreme court. No need to thank us over here Jon Boy we will make sure you are safe at home...............
The Dems want to pass a law requiring the President to get pre approval on any future troop involvements.
I am considered way to pretty to be safe here.. But my eye is more on John Wayne types than John Boy Walton...........
Can one kill what was never alive? I will not die today.......
Thanks Bert we know, Laptop has seen better days. Sometimes getting the point across seems more important tahn getting everything correct I punch in Lincolm last week and heard several like you complain. Do know how stupid you sound? Being Here in Iraq Gives me some credibility As far as I am concerned. Regardless of how I look my response to Jon was based on his Observation that I was turning Him On. As for you I joined after My Uncle was Killed PAPD NY/NJ and as a witnes to the second Plane going in from across the river. I am tired of candy azz libs kicking us from their couches. John Wayne was a metaphor, but I am sure his rotting corpse is still more of a man than most. Thanks anyway I really guess you meant GOD Bless the troops.................

The American public are their own worst enemy.They/we have a fast food mentality. If events get rough they/we want to quit.they/we demand large fuel inefficient vehicles then demand that the government do something about oil dependence. In our self absorbed isolation we do not comprehend that others do not see as we see or want as we want.We seek to appease. Those we appease see weakness and redouble their efforts. It was the same with Hitler and we know the outcome. Here we are again and we are making the same mistakes. We have the history we have the ability but we lack the desire because we value convenience above all else.
