I need to know the procedure to get my wife's second & surname changed after marriage.?

she can call the socal security office to have it legal changed to go with her ss # that is only if she wants to do it if not she can use your name with a hypen- but anything with her ss # will have to stay the same

You can't do it for her. Unfortunately, if she wants to keep your name she gets to keep it.

If she wants to change it she just has to go to the courthouse.
