Two bottles of wine isn't much, only actually about 3 (big) glasses. As long as you eat well it is OK. As for the weed not good because these days it's rubbish compared to what I used to smoke and does more harm long term than the crap effect you get in the short term so phase it out - unless you can grow your own quality gear like Paul MacCartney does!

The wine is not to bad in moderation, although I feel that 2 bottles is somewhat extreme. The smoke, again, okay in moderation, but if by a big bag you mean what I see at my friends houses, you are heading towards serious problems in the future mentally.
You have said that you are in a habit now. You will have trouble sleeping if you finish work at night, go home, park yourself in front of the tv, get leathered & stoned. Why don't you try variation in your nights - go & visit friends/family, join a gym - swimming, kick boxing, weight lifting - whatever takes your fancy. I'll guarantee you won't need anything to help you to sleep after this exercise.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you've been drinking three bottles (!) of wine a day for 10 years, you're an alcoholic. The weed isn't helping much, though probably doing slightly less overall damage than the alcohol. I suggest you get yourself into a rehab right away. Go to your doctor, or a free clinic. They will help.

My Dear, You are doing the most silly thing in the world. Thanks God and your parents for putting in you such an immence resistive power. But now the time has come that your liver might have damaged to some extent. You should stop it. You might have become diabetic and lost your power of sex to some extent. Therefore first take a decision that today itself you will give up addiction.
First you should avoid drinking and smoking by minimising the quantity everyday. If you do it once, sometimes it is dangerous. There are institutions also to help you free of cost. I am giving you the basics.
Eventhough you don't trust God, first surrender Him. Start reciting His prayers as soon as you get feeling of drinking or smoking; only He will help you. Just taking His name is also sufficient.
If you face sleeplessness buy a round magnet and keep on bed such that its' S pole touches your neck. Go in bed as soon as you have your dinner. You will sleep in 10 mins. If it is helpless start reciting prayers.

Even if you don't feel drunk you are ruining your liver. It would be better to take sleeping pills to help you sleep. Seriously you are ruining your health big time.
