Did you start with a business plan? That is the most important thing. Did that plan look carefully at the competition, how you were going to market (very specific) and how you were going to supply demand?
Without any other info from you the above was the place to start. Better luck next time.

Maybe you have not done your homework properly. You will have to first of all identify the market, your competitors, their pricing and yours. The quality, your guarantee. Yours USP (unique selling proposition). The you need persistence, patience and motivation. I dont think why you should fail especially when LCD TVs have a good market world wide?
