YES. (That's a resounding yes!)
A virgin should choose a "small" size (or whatever they call it, I wish people would just stick to "small", "medium" and "large", instead of confusing others with bowdlerised names for things).
All women who use tampons should wash their hands before changing a tampon, and also wash them afterwards. All women should wash around the genital area daily.
For safety's sake, use cotton tampons, synthetic tampons are associated with an increased risk of toxic shock syndrome.

YES that's an old wives tale that virgin can not use tampons but I found tampons more comfortable after losing my virginity

...Firstly are you quite sure what a tampon is, secondly yes you can use them while you are a virgin but I will tell you to relax cause it might hurt at first, and you may feel slight discomfort so just read the directions and breathe, you may have to try this more than once, but Until you have Sexual Intercourse you are still a virgin...

yes! Just read the directions and take your time. It may take a few times to get it just right, but trust me, once you use a tampon, you'll NEVER go back to using pads!!
