Your are in trouble my friend, I think the best think to do is tell her before the divorce unless there are other factors, like children and alimony etc etc. Your will have to tell her delicately and by yourself. Like you said she will find out anyway, so best do it now, maybe she'll respect you less, but if you are going to marry her sister she might accept this. good luck josey
