It's cliche, but you find people when you're not looking for them.
So, aside from that, I'd just recommend opening yourself up more. Go to places you enjoy (art museums, race tracks, etc) b/c then you'll likely find people who enjoy what you enjoy. Make eye contact and smile if you catch a girl's eye, and also be sure to check your standards. Make sure they're not too high or too low.

Improve your style of talking in public. Make public impress. Remember girls like confident boys. Don't go asking every girl out. You will spoil your reputation and harm the chances of getting any girl friend.

If you sincerely just want answers, then go out and sell yourself by being friends with a gal first.
I also believe that love hits you when you least expect it.

i have said this a million times before and I will say it again..shut down ur computer, go out, meet a few grls, talk to them, be friends with them, if you develop true feelings for any girl out tof them then tell her how you feel and wait for her to react. If she reacts positively, good for you. If she doesnt, continue being friends with her, dont be disappointed and repeat cycle.
