You get two different kinds of greeks:
The southern greeks are mediteranian looking, dark hair and almost spanish and italian looking.
The North are the blonde-blue eyed looking that look sort of russian.
And some greeks only marry in their culture, but nowadays this has totally changed and greeks don't really mind as much.

Those type of questions depend on the person or family. Some families allow different races to intermarriage, others don't. Greeks are related to Egyptains, Italians... basically people in the meditearean sea.
