The question's a bit vague. Do you mean the most expensive to purchase adn are you talking new, used, vintage, commonly available or exotic/rare? or do you mean which is the most costly to own going forward - ie maintenence etc.?
You could be looking at well over a million $ for a Ferrari Enzo or a Mclaren F1 for a new exotic - although i don't think there are any new ones of these available anymore. For a vintage car there are several that are several million $$ depending on various things like pedigree/history, conditon, rarity, quality etc. An Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 with the right body could be worth upwards of $3-6 million, a '64 Ferrari 250 GTO has sold for as much as $11 million but are typically worth about $7-8 million these days. A Bugatti Atlantique is probably worth about $10 million or so - Ralph Lauren owns one of all of these cars including the McLaren mentioned earlier. I don't think he has an Enzo though.
Maintenance-wise - again - very vague - regular maint. on an exotic can cost several thousand a year but maint. on a crappy Jag can cost a bundle too just to keep it running beyond the regular maint.

i presented a leap pad with 4 books for £5 for my acquaintances daughter all of it works. the leap pad is about £30 new and the books round £10 each and each and every so i imagine that turned right into a extraordinarily solid good deal!
