I am not quite sure what you "want to be done about it" I would seek legal advice from your solicitor, if you dont have one already, there are a few solicitors that will do a fixed fee interview and will be able to tell you where you stand.

sounds like you already signed the divorce papers and just waiting for them to be processed. You should have thought about sticking it to him before you signed the papers. If you have already signed the papers you can't do anything. Also what do you think the court will do? Scold your husband because he already has a girlfriend? They won't do that nor should they have to. Don't be vindictive and move on with your life. Your happiness will be your revenge. good luck

Go and seek legal advice.. i don't know what country u are living in but in europe the laws have changed and no one is to "blame" anymore for a seperation etc. Have u any kids, if so the whole situation is completely different and he will have to pay for both you and your child/ren.
your best bet is to seek a lawyer or solicitor who specialiezes in this area. check up and see about the "state" taking over the costs because if u really have nothing they will pay. go to your solcial welfare and find out if u are entitled to anything for a start.
try and get ur life back on track, look for work, build up a social circle and keep your head up..
Best of luck :)

in the us, the court system doesn't really care about adultery anymore, or who hurts who. this kind of thing happens every day, although i am not trying to minimize it, or say it is right, no one seems to care anymore. depends on how many years u were married as to how much alimony u will get. but if your husband doesn't have any money, u can't get blood out of a turnip. best to get a job and just deal with it, as there isn't too much one can do unless they have children and then he will be required to pay child support.

You cannt do anything about the girlfriend as he will say it happened after however you are entitled to half of what ever you had before he threw you out. You can if in Uk get free legal consultation on this and they will tell you what you can and cant do and what you are intitled too.
I hope that helps.

Contact a lawyer immediately.
Yes, something can be done about it but ask someone with more legal expertise. I'm assuming he's moved the other woman in?
