The whole point of it being called a Wonder is that it is a miraculous accomplishment that according to our understanding of the time, should not have been possible...hence it is called a "Wonder".
But is there anything like a 7th wonder?
Yeah, probably...will it be as miraculous or earth shattering a sight in context with the historic origins and reality of the modern understanding of their technocratic abilities? Doubtful. We have reached a threshold and tipping point on technology, which brings everything, even the moon and mars within reach...that which was accomplished in the times of the ancients have had their time and space in history...now our history grows on medium after medium, we are fascinated with marking down every nuance of every issue and problem and beating reality until it is an understandable matrix...and in so doing, we might have forgotten the basic tenet of working together, since argument for argument sake is now the source of fuel for the modern stage.

Well, depending on which reference you consult, the 7th in the list of ancient wonders can be different. Some texts place the Pharos Lighthouse at Alexandria at 7th, others say it was the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
