I look at the complexities of life and realise that we are all persecuted in some way by the people who should be responsible for our well being.
When do we accept something in the behavior around us is a reality and when do we accept that our insecurities are creating delusional conspiracies?
And when do we descide that we actually are at fault and modify our attitude?

I don't agree that we all are persecuted in that manner. I do not persecute myself, as I am the one responsible for my well being. Acceptance of reality/conspiracy could take a while depending on the individual. Acknowledgment of it though is normally fairly instantanious. I will not take issue with 'fault' further than the fact that I do not concern myself with it, in as much as, fault can be turned to anyone or anything legitimately. What I mean is that there are many things that can and do influence one occurance.
So, modify atitude at will...

A little of both. We are becoming paranoid because overall there is such thing as a Big Brother, although not exactly as described in the notorious book. Which has lead to individuals developping far fetched or completely uninformed scenarios about the various so called conspiracies. Which do exist, although not as it is generally thought of or described. Meaning, if we want to freak about the whole thing let's do it in a smart way, rather than pitch in our emotions to the hype, very convenient indeed to those that supposedly are denounced, over, say, aliens or Microsoft.

If you believe in a creator then the basic idea is that we are all being tested in some way - some more than others.

Whatever happens to us, whether good or bad, is therefore not as important as how we deal with it. Everything that happens to us in this very short life occurs for a reason and complacency or despondancy are not the way to deal with things we cannot influence - we will only be held to account for the things where we have a choice.

For me I just consider it heightend awarness. It makes much more sense to me. Going on a trip always seems longer to get there than the return. The complexities are always around. You are responsible for your well being. Are you aware of the medications they have now,for these exact questions. I would ask your docter if you have one. Paxil is one I know that I have taken and relieved me of a lot of the same anxiety. While the world seems a little grey at times, there are ways to bring the color back.

most of the world lives in the "land of confusion", with a "live and let die " attitude !, while our governments have us "turning japanesse" in order to play "headgames" with us to keep us confused and fighting with each other , rather than with the governments !, perhaps "something" will "shock the monkey" enough to "wake up little susie" and we shall all see the truth, and do away with our governments in a peaceful manner and create honest and responsible governments !
