Its very simple. Young people require at least 10 hours of sound sleep but we ignore this fact and try to sleep less. What you do is go to sleep 10 hours before you want to wake up and your problem would be solved.

You have to make yourself get up.
Set an alarm clock, put your alarm clock across your room where you can not reach it. When it sounds the alarm, get up, turn it off and get into the shower right away.
Never allow yourself to go back to bed, keep moving.
Hope this helps.

Welll.... I find if you wake up 10 minutes before your suppose to then take a shower and go back to sleep for ten minutes, that i am not tired at all. If this doesnt work for you, go to bed earlier, drink coffee, etc.
