Just a good balance of lean meats, low fat dairy, fruits&veggies, and 100% whole wheat breads, wild and brown rice.

Plus you will need to do 30 minutes-1 hour per day of some sort of exercise such as walking, swimming, (keep it fun, that way you don't realize you are working out and burning calories) You could dance with yourself in your house, or with the kids, you could go out and play kick ball or play catch with the kids(if you have kids) You could get your spouse involved in your daily work out so you don't have to do it alone(if you have a spouse), if no spouse, then work out with a friend or family member if you don't want to be alone. It's always good to have a nice support group while trying to get healthy and energized.

Sample Menu

Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal (with a bit of sugar and skim milk if you like)
1 banana
8oz glass of skim or low fat milk

Lunch:
2 oz of tuna pakced in water not oil(2oz is 1/3 of a can)
2 slices of whole wheat bread
you can use fat free mayo(or fat free miracle whip) pickles, onions, etc, to make yourself a tuna sandwich
8oz V8 veggie juice


Dinner:
4oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup brown or wild rice
1 cup of cooked or raw broccoli or cauliflower or brussel sprouts
8oz skim or low fat milk

For snacks in between meals you can eat
1)Baby carrots
2)fresh, canned, cooked or frozen fruit and veggies (1/2 cup servings)
2)20-30 fat free pretzels
3)2 cups air popped pocorn (don't use real butter, use the fake butter butter sprinkles that come in a jar, it's fat free)
4)6-8 oz fat free yogurt (any flavour of your choice)
5)fat free potato chips
6)1oz of nuts of your choice

There are plenty of yummy healthy low fat, low calorie snacks to choose from. You can eat them in between meals to keep you from feeling hungry.

Also REMEMBER to drink your water. Drink a gallon a day if you can, if not, then try for a half gallon(64oz) a day. You can also have green tea, decaf green tea, regular and decaf tea, reg and decaf coffee, and diet soda.

You can easily cure this problem by doing the following yogic exercises everyday in the order given and you will see the remarkable change in you..
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

Do this early in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because yoga requires both the stomach and the intestines empty. If you sincerely do this for one month without break you will lose weight very fast than even surgery.

I found the fastest way to lose weight was to run. I lost 30 pounds in two months running my butt off. But it takes alot of motivation. I was also taking energy pills (all natural, no side affects) to help with the motivation part. and eat healthy as best as you can, it's hard some times i know.. but try. cut out all the soft drinks, drink a ton of water and for snacks instead of junk food eat fruit or veggies. I am not one to count carbs, and fat intake and all of that crap. and that worked for me. And i can't stress enough to stay away from the scales. Don't go on how much you weigh.. how many pounds you are and how much you lose... go on how good you feel. that's what matters most. when you work out muscle weighs more then fat so as long as you feel good about your self then that's what counts. good luck.

Well I'm a female wrestler and I'm under my friends name but I am always cutting weight and the best way is to watch what you eat NO CARBS eat as much meat as possible and if you cant do that than there are weight loss pills that I use that are spectacular that are called HYDROXY-CUT HARD CORE and they work wonders only if you use them right make sure that you follow the directions on the bottle and watch what you eat and you should shed pounds like MAGIC... if you seriosly want to lose weight its simple eat less exercise more not that simple cos it is hard i am on weight watchers at the moment i have been on it 6 weeks and have lost half a stone (i put some weight on over xmas 2)but i would really advise it if you dont want to go to the classes you can join online i would advise it i have been trying to lose weight 4 ages and finally i am geting somewere good luck i no it is tough

I hate to be the one to break it to you.
There is no magical way to lose weight, you have to make life changes, such as eating right, exercising on a regular basis and
keep in mind all good things come in time.
It took me two years to get from 250lbs to 125lbs.

Eat some dodgy food and get very sick with food poisoning - you'll lose weight at both ends.
