The magazine has a photo of a Ford Cortina with number 12 on the side of it. I will pay for a copy in good to excellent condition including postage. As far as I know the magazine was printed in Australia only.

If the magazine is still in print you may be able to contact the magazine and obtain a back issue. Of course from that long ago they may only have enough issues as they wish to preserve. I would suggest trying http://www.ebay.com.au
I tried finding an image of a Cortina with a 12 on the side using http://images.google.com but could only find one with a 20.
EDIT: You could try googling Australian car racing message boards, you may have better luck talking with people whose passion is racing instead of your question being lost in all of this hugeness that is Yahoo! Answers
