The 49ers under Bill Walsh in the late 1970s are acknowledged to have originated the West Coast Offense in the NFL. After over 30 yrs just about every team runs some element of the West Coast, some more than others, like Philly, GB, and Seattle.

A lot of teams run it, or at least runs variations of it. The offense has evolved a lot. The Eagles and 49ers also run versions of the West Coast offense

im a niners fan but the eagles by far run it best. and they have the strongest pass to run ratio in favor of pass
