In the UK... when I met them they have been supplied by a company with pretty poor support. This may not be true elsewhere in the world.
They are just like all other cheap PCs otherwise... made of bits bought in from generic manufacturers... so they are going to be pretty average as far as hardware goes.
So, depends what you need... they are (generally) not the cheapest, not the best and the support is pretty poor. But they use standard bits so you can replace bits that fail yourself with parts from any parts supplier.

Had some good experiences with them, but it was several years ago when they just started..
You may want to try searching for comparative reports on how the brand stands up against dell and others, even if hopefully you will never need to contact their support.

I've read they get the lowest rating.
You get what you paid for.
Looking for cheap...try dell.com and check out their refurbished computers.
